Getting there isn't easy, and Casa Nova doesn't even appear on Google Maps, but we were absolutely delighted by the welcome, the setup, and especially the food. The fixed menu was beautifully presented, with the flavors really shining through. They grow and make so much themselves, from garden and farm produce to dried fish, cava, bread, coffee, and pickled vegetables. For a complete start-to-finish experience, this was one of the best restaurants in the world. A must for serious foodies.

A lovely surprise in the middle of nowhere. The setting is beautiful, and the service was simple and excellent, with lots of thoughtful details. Highly recommend.

Some of the flavors were familiar, others completely new, and I can still picture them when I close my eyes. There were fresh ideas and different ways to enjoy the food, all carefully done. The meal, the staff, and the atmosphere made for a lovely surprise. Thank you, Cal Tòfol!
