Soller Plaza Boutique Hotel

We really liked our stay, though it was only one night. We’d booked two rooms for the weekend of Feb 20/21, and one was quite noisy. I sent a short whatsapp message to Rachel, who was in charge that night. She was kind and empathetic, and offered us a new room right away. Thanks a ton, Rachel, for being there when it mattered, whether it was 10am or 10pm. Well done!!

We really enjoyed our time at Soller Plaza. The ground floor rooms don’t have an outside window, which might put some people off, but it was fine for us because the room itself was so good. The hotel is tucked down a small side road just off the main square, so it’s hard to get closer to the centre without having a bedroom window looking onto it. The receptionists were friendly, gave us lots of information, and greeted us with plenty of smiles. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job too. Thank you all.

Breakfast was served at a nearby café rather than at the hotel, which gave us pause at first. It turned out to be excellent, fresh, delicious, and a lovely way to start the day. The staff at Sóller Plaza were friendly and welcoming, and we felt at home right away. It’s relatively pricey compared with similar places in the area, but we felt the experience was worth it. We’d definitely recommend it for a comfortable stay in the heart of Sóller.

Our host went above and beyond to help us, and we couldn’t beat the location. The rooms were spacious, nicely updated, and had all the necessary tech and excellent amenities. One thing to know: despite what the Google summary page says, the hotel doesn’t have parking. The closest option is the Mercat parking lot, just a few meters away. Parking there was cheap and easy with the Easy Park app.
