The views over Port de Soller are beautiful, and the complimentary rental cars, free bikes, and yoga class were nice extras. We enjoyed the yoga. Keep in mind that the cars can only be booked on arrival, and they’re often already taken several days ahead. The room style may appeal to some, but ours was very small and impractical, with nowhere to open a suitcase. We paid extra for a poolside room, but couldn’t see or access the pool from it. For 370 euros a night, the service fell far short. No one offered to help with our luggage. Both times we went to the pool, there were no towels, and we waited more than 30 minutes to get one. Guests reserved loungers all day, despite the hotel policy to remove belongings after 30 minutes. Staff didn’t help when we raised it. They knew we were disappointed but made no effort to address it. Our request for a paid late checkout was immediately refused. When we mentioned the problems again at checkout, the staff member ignored us and moved on.

A lovely place to disconnect and feel a little closer to Paradise 🥰. The staff are lovely, the vibe is wonderful, the location is perfect, and the food at Neni's is excellent. It’s a very different hotel, full of small details and treasures: music, decoration, books, amenities, plants, and herbs everywhere. The yoga class with lovely Katharina was great, too. Hotel guests can also explore the surroundings by e-Bike, a very special service included in the stay. The pool wasn’t heated yet at the beginning of the season, so it was very refreshing.

The outdoor gym is really cool, and the shower room is handy for washing up before you leave if you want to spend your last day at the pool. The rooms are small, but had everything we needed. The crew are super nice, the location is great, and the views are good. We didn’t miss anything. It was a perfect place for a babymoon. You’ll need to ask reception to change the bedsheets after a week. Cristian makes excellent cocktails, so just tell him what you like. Inés made us smile every time she came by to check on us at the pool.

The free yoga class runs on Thursdays and Saturdays, and it fills up quickly, so sign up when you check in. There’s a sauna and steam room open until 9 p.m., but no hot tub. Wi-Fi was excellent throughout, at around 48 Mbps down and 16 Mbps up. The hike to Torre Picada is worth it for a full 180-degree view of the Balearic Sea. There’s also a local market on Thursdays and Saturdays, a nice way to spend a morning. The highlight is the breathtaking view over Port de Sóller. It may be the best hotel vantage point around, and we never got tired of it. There are lots of places to lounge, and blankets are provided for outdoor seating. Our room matched the website photos accurately. Most of the staff were warm, attentive, and good at putting us at ease. There was one strange poolside moment: a waitress brought water, juice, and nuts to our chairs without us ordering. We assumed it was complimentary, but she came back with a bill. When we said we hadn’t ordered, she took the items away and gave them to the right couple instead of preparing fresh ones. A small thing, but an odd way to handle it. The bed came with two small individual blankets, one for each person, and no shared sheet. I’d never encountered that hotel setup before, and it took getting used to. The shower also leaked onto the bathroom floor every time, leaving a puddle however careful we were. It’s an expensive place. Coffee or juice by the pool costs significantly more than down at the port, and they prompt for tips on every transaction, which felt out of place for Spain. Breakfast is included, and that’s the exception to the prices. Make the most of it, including the fresh orange juice, which otherwise costs 10 euros a glass. For meals and drinks beyond breakfast, we’d head down to the port, where there are plenty of good restaurants and bars at much more reasonable prices. It was a memorable stay with a lot going for it, but go in aware of the costs and ready to eat elsewhere.

The bed was my biggest complaint. It squeaked, I could feel the springs poking through, and I didn’t sleep well. The hotel itself was fine, just very middle of the road. Breakfast stood out, with a good selection from fresh, healthy fruit to delicious pastries. The pool area was lovely, and the sunbeds were comfortable. We found the walk from the port short and easy, despite what many reviews said. Service was efficient and got the job done, but didn’t feel friendly or personal. Nice enough, but nothing particularly special.
