The only real plus for me was the supermarket inside the residence. The building and apartments are old and poorly looked after, and I saw dead cockroaches in the hallway. The pools didn’t look very clean or well maintained, even though someone cleaned the large one on one of the days we were there. Apartment 120 wasn’t clean enough either. The kitchen cupboards were dirty inside, the sheets didn’t seem washed so I had to wash them myself, and there was no soap. We only had two rolls of toilet paper. The switches and sockets looked in bad shape, and the whole apartment felt very low budget. I know I didn’t pay a lot, but it should at least have been clean. There were also a lot of “weird” people hanging around naked on the balconies. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Run away.

We went in without high expectations, so we weren’t disappointed, and the place worked for what we needed. The bed was clean, and the toilet and shower were fine. Green Park was apparently a 2-3 star hotel in its heyday, probably back in the 80s. The flats are now privately owned and let through several operators, so standards can vary. The building and pool area look worn, and maintenance seems a bit lacking. The neighborhood around it feels a little more upmarket. Planes pass overhead about every five minutes, which makes it good for plane spotting.

There are much better places to stay on Tenerife. This building is run down, the rooms have thin walls, and you can hear people in the neighboring rooms and corridor. The area feels crowded, with a loud plane roaring past close by every five minutes or so. The owners charge a lot for this poor accommodation. It feels like a tourist rip-off. Warning, warning, warning!

The pool was nice and big, and our apartment was clean, cozy, and had all the essentials. We had a really good time at Green Park and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Green Park is a little run down, but our place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We still felt great there.
