Sansofi Hostel

The kitchen had everything we needed, and the renovated bathroom was lovely. The beds were comfortable, and the living room felt stylish and cosy. We enjoyed every minute here, including the fantastic Spanish breakfast. Thanks to Mari-Ann!

Mari-Ann was so welcoming and accommodating. The place was spacious, beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, especially for the price. It turned out far better than we expected. I’d recommend it to anyone staying in San Miguel.

We had a great breakfast each morning, just what we needed before heading out for the day. Our spacious, very nice room opened straight onto the terrace. The host was always glad to chat, offer advice, or make recommendations, and nothing felt like too much trouble. We were really happy we stayed and would gladly return! 👍🏾

San Miguel is a lovely little town, and Sansofi Hostel makes a great base for Tenerife. It’s about a 20-25 minute drive from the island’s southern tourist resorts. The place is warm, welcoming, and extremely clean, with a very charming owner, Mari-Ann, who goes out of her way to help. Breakfast is included, and there’s a highly functional kitchen available any time if you’d rather cook. It’s such good value, I’d happily pay twice as much. Everyone in my group and I would love to visit this little gem again.
