The rooftop at MIM Sotogrande is excellent, with great drinks and a menu from Hincha. Hincha itself is a standout for me, the best restaurant in the area and, with Cancha Dos, one of Sotogrande's strongest venues. Breakfast doesn't have a huge selection, but the quality is superb, more best-in-class than a generic buffet. The rooftop service was a little slow, though it was busy and the staff were clearly working hard. The hotel is in a top-class marina location, and the refurbishment feels stylish, relaxed, and high quality without being overdone. It's hard to think of a better boutique hotel around here. I'd say it's better suited to couples or solo stays than a full family holiday, but the style, food, drinks, and location are excellent.

The breakfast was good. The rooftop bar disappointed, and the service overall felt short on warmth and the personal touch you'd expect from a boutique hotel. Such a shame. The rooms felt claustrophobic, with oversized prints and furniture.

I've been back three times, and both restaurants are five-star. The rooftop has gorgeous food and good cocktails, while the downstairs restaurant offers very good service. Just check the prices, as it can get very expensive!

Pascal, Gabriel, Maria, and all the room and cleaning staff were incredible. Hotel MiM is absolutely stunning, and we had a 10/10 experience. We'll be back regularly.

The setting is calm and quiet, and the staff are very professional and glad to help. The interior design is fabulous.
