Check-in was impossible, but I was still charged €300 for one night. I arrived around 8:30 PM to find reception closed, and the self-service kiosk wouldn’t scan my passport or process my card. There was no staff member available to sort it out. The property was noisy that evening, with guests being loud and nobody on duty to deal with it. After spending a long time trying and failing to check in because of the technical problems, I had to find somewhere else to stay. I never got access to a room, yet was charged €300. The lack of staff and the kiosk issues made this a deeply frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend the property.

The decor is lovely, and the apartments in Gros beach have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The mattresses are very good quality, and the bathroom is unlike any I’ve seen in Airbnbs so far, with super quality and good criteria. It’s a five-minute walk from the beach.

Really, all good. The place is clean, modern and efficient, and the staff are great. It’s a bit of a walk to San Seb’s main central areas, but it’s an interesting route through local downtown areas.
