The courtyard setting is lovely, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. It's compact, but had everything we needed. The Albaicin location is excellent, just around the corner from the San Nicolas viewpoint and its outstanding views of the Alhambra. The centre is uphill, but a minibus runs every 11 minutes if you'd like to go down. There are also plenty of nice bars and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast is included at Restaurante bar Aixa, which serves meals and tapas all day. The staff were lovely and friendly.

A great base for exploring town. The apartments are spacious, and you can hear a bit of noise, but it adds to the atmosphere and really isn't anything to worry about. We recommend staying here 👍

Room A might give you the full experience. The location is the one real plus, right by a small plaza. Cleaning was not up to scratch, and the sewer smell in the bathroom was so bad you had to hold your breath. Light was hard to come by in the rooms. The living room bulb barely lit the place, and its built-in speaker kept connecting to nearby phones and suddenly talking or singing.

We got what we wanted from this small, cosy place, even though the room smelled of cigarettes when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen area practical. It’s a five-minute walk to Mirador St Nicolas for an amazing view of the Alhambra, and about 15 minutes downhill to central Granada.
