The location was the only thing I liked. It’s near the old town and the beach, but I wish I could give the hotel zero points. The ads looked photoshopped, and seeing the actual place was a shock. There was no staff on site and the whole setup was badly organized. They’d messed up the booking, so we had to wait in a phone queue that kept disconnecting. It was incredibly hot, with no fan or way to control the temperature. I’ve attached the view from the hotel window.

The beach and charming old town are very close, and that’s the only good thing I can say about this place. The room was boiling hot with no ventilation at all, and the one small window looked onto two large pipes. Bathrooms were worn, a little moldy, and dirty. The staircase was dusty and filthy, while the entrance photos were heavily photoshopped because there’s no natural light. The images looked nothing like the actual room or property. I’m rarely this negative, but paying that much for this room felt like a total scam.

I had to cancel one of the two rooms I’d booked by mistake, and the hotel’s policy said I should get a 50% refund. They charged the full amount instead. They don’t follow their own terms and conditions, so I can’t recommend staying here. Be careful if you book.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, cosy, and comfortable, and the hosts were very easy to reach and friendly. I’d definitely like to stay again. I don’t recognize the negative review I just read.

At first the design looked nice, the balcony was pretty, and the location was superb. But the room felt like a scam. We booked for six, and the photos clearly showed a spacious room in two parts with two double beds and two singles. The booking system only let us choose one or two people, so I didn’t think much of that since the listing said “room for 6.” Self check-in let me enter all four of us, which also seemed fine. When we arrived that evening, though, a door was locked and half the room was inaccessible. There was only one double bed and one single. The woman on the phone initially had no idea which room I meant. Later someone called back and said they couldn’t do anything, blaming me for not stating that there were four of us, even though the system gave me no way to do so. They said someone would come the next day to make the beds and unlock the door, then left us to manage. Luckily we had a sleeping bag and found a mattress under the bed. When we returned the following night, expecting everyone to finally have a bed, the missing bed had been made but the door was still locked. Instead of the four beds and spacious room we’d booked, we were squeezed close together without the privacy we wanted. I asked for a partial refund and emailed about what happened, but 1.5 months later there was still no reply.
