A really clean and tidy hostel, with a good kitchen. If you surf, there's handy board storage, plus an area to rinse wetsuits and another to dry them. Perfect for that, and super close to the beach.

I loved staying here. I preferred this hostel to the surf one because it was better value, with a kitchen, hangout rooms, and a layout I liked more. The staff were so nice and helpful, and it's close to everything.

There isn't much space in the rooms, and the dorm door wouldn't shut all the way. Light from the hallway came straight through the gap and into my face. The top bunks don't have curtains either. Before arriving, I specifically emailed to ask for a lower bunk, and they confirmed it. But when I got there, they gave me a top bunk, saying an older guest had arrived and was given the bed meant for me. The staff member said I was young, so I could take the upper bunk, without knowing whether I might have health issues. They weren't very friendly about it, either.

Breakfast was good, the place seemed really clean, and the staff were great. But I'm pretty sure I got bedbugs. They didn't offer compensation or anything, and now I have scars lol.

About what you'd expect from a hostel, and a lovely place overall. The garden outside looked a little sad and messy when I saw it. Breakfast was fantastic, and they even had oat milk for coffee or cereal.
