The decor was quite interesting, and the bedrooms were comfortable and nicely equipped. It’s a beautiful residence with a very good breakfast, plenty of choice, and quality food. I only wish breakfast started half an hour earlier. It’s a pity there’s no terrace and no access to the balconies.

We got lucky finding a room during the big party week in San Sebastian, but it cost a fortune. The old town is a 40 minutes walk away, though you can take a bus. At night our room was really hot. They provided some sort of airco/fan machine, but it didn’t help enough. Some of the staff were really helpful with tips about the city, while at other times they were very direct and not very friendly.

I stayed for 12 nights, and the room was comfortable and good value for the money. The receptionists and restaurant staff were great, and the rooms were cleaned every day. I just wish breakfast had more variety, since they served the same options daily.

These are former university dorm rooms turned into hotel rooms. Reception service was great and the rooms were clean, but they’re very plain, with no paintings or anything fancy. Don’t expect more than a clean room. Fine for one night. It’s about 40 min from the centre and not close to the Old Town. There aren’t many shops nearby, just a few eateries.

The rooms have been renovated, but they smell of fresh paint. The complex is in some kind of university setting and feels like an empty college dorm. There’s basically no service apart from people saying Hola as you come in. For the experience, it’s super overpriced.
