The rooms were clean, though not very big, and the staff were friendly. It's well placed for walking to both Donostia and the football stadium. Underground parking may be available if you ask, as long as there's a space.

Decent enough for a brief stay.

Absolutely dreadful.

6/10
For what it cost, it wasn't bad, but the room smelled awful and was unpleasant. There wasn't any toilet paper when we arrived, and nobody was at reception until noon the following day. Longer reception and check-in hours would help.

6/10
The reception staff were very polite and friendly, but usually nobody was there when we needed help. If something goes wrong, you're out of luck. The room itself was fine and clean, but noise from adjoining rooms was awful and you could hear everything. The price is excessive for what's offered.
