The host was quick to respond, and there were complimentary coffee pods, tea, fruit, and sweets available. My private room was small but did the job, with its own bathroom. The window let in daylight and fresh air, though it faced the building's central service area, which is normal in Spain. The shower may feel cramped to some people, but it was fine for me since I'm small.

The reception was really friendly, and the room was spotless. There wasn't breakfast, but free snacks and fruit were available around the clock. La Concha beach is just a two-minute walk away. I'd happily stay here again if I'm back in Donostia.

Even in the middle of San Sebastian, it was very quiet. We had two rooms booked, and both were comfortable and clean. Mikel was a great help throughout, giving us all the information we needed.

We couldn't sleep because of the noise. The room was tiny, had no windows, and the toilet was very dirty.
