The rooms are modern and clean, though small. The location is perfect. Recommended!

I couldn’t sleep because the mattress and pillows were so hard. Our room faced an unkempt lightwell, and we couldn’t open the window. The location is excellent, right in the old town among restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and stylish, and the bathroom was comfortable with a great shower.

The only real downside is some noise, since the guesthouse is in the tapas area. Otherwise, I highly recommend it. It’s very central, and the room is just as good as rooms I’ve had in four-star hotels.

It’s cheap and right in the old town, but the rooms don’t block sound well. There was lots of shouting and screaming on weekend nights, and reception is several blocks away. The mattress and pillow were rock hard.

It’s been completely renovated, with splendid rooms and great service. Calling it a guesthouse doesn’t do it justice.
