The room was good, and the shared bathroom was clean. Not many rooms use the three available bathrooms, so they didn’t get crowded. The location is great, between both beach areas in Donostia/San Sebastian and near hundreds of bars and restaurants. Garage parking in the area costs $30 a night, and there’s no getting around that.

It’s an old-fashioned small boarding house, with beds that are a little soft, but it was clean and relatively quiet. Great for one night, and the location is excellent, right next to the best restaurant in town, San Telmo, in the old Town of San Seb.

Our room was adequate, with shared bathrooms that were kept clean. The floors in the room could have used a vacuum. The location is great, very close to Constitucion Plaza.

The room was fine for the price, but I recommend staying in a hotel. The cleanliness was only normal, and the staff acted as if letting us stay was a favor. I strongly recommend travelers go somewhere else.

It’s well placed for getting around, with the city centre, ocean and beach all close by.
