The lack of any response after I asked them to resolve it was extremely frustrating and concerning. I found an unauthorized charge from this company on my credit card on August 7. I’ve never used their services or given them my details, so there was no valid reason for the payment. Please watch your accounts closely.

The owners were nice, but the booking didn’t match what we paid for. We’d booked two rooms in advance with working air conditioning and one accessible room. One had AC and the other didn’t, and the room with two steps up wasn’t wheelchair accessible. The beds were hard and twin-sized. Some bathrooms were okay, while others were cramped, with a small shower squeezed beside the toilet. Towels were left on the bed instead of in the bathroom. They may change your booking to smaller rooms, perhaps to make more from the others. Check the place before booking.

Our room was right beside the owner’s office, which made the place feel more like an apartment than a hotel. Still, the room and breakfast were nice, the owner was pleasant, and the location was perfect.

A decent hotel in a great spot in the old town.

It’s near the city centre, though the stay was a little uncomfortable.
