10/10
The staff were friendly, professional and attentive, which made the stay very pleasant. I also appreciated the complimentary delicate snacks, and the room had a coffee machine with a full set of supplies for making coffee or hot water whenever I wanted. The underground private parking was spacious, felt very secure, and was convenient when traveling by car. It cost $20 per night. The location was excellent too, in a lively, handy area with plenty of places to eat and transport options nearby. There’s a movie theme throughout the hotel, and the atmosphere is impressive from the moment you arrive. My room was clean, well organized and beautifully decorated, with lots of attention to detail. A wonderful experience, highly recommended.

The gourmet snacks in the room were my favourite. The rooms were extremely clean, and the staff were very helpful. It’s in a great location, and I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to San Sebastian.

8/10
We had a pleasant stay, and the hotel was a nice walk from the old town in a good location. Still, the service didn’t feel up to a four-star rating. Cleanliness was 4.5/5, and we expected more thorough work. The room amenities were fairly poor. We couldn’t really use the TV except for DVDs, and the selection was poor. We picked two films but watched neither: one turned out to be a different movie with the same title as a more popular version, and the other didn’t have the subtitle and language combination we wanted.

We stayed a week at zinema7 and would happily book again. The location is very nice. It’s a bit of a walk into town, but we didn’t mind, especially with plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes along the way. Our room was lovely and got cleaned daily, even on days when we didn’t leave until late afternoon. The staff were professional and friendly throughout.

We loved our first visit to San Sebastian. The hotel was lovely, with comfortable, clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. We liked the location, not far from the bus station, and the old town was about a 20 minute walk away. There was also a very nice cafe onsite.
