My mom is staying there now and is really happy with it. I chose the hotel for her after reading reviews and checking how close it was to the Reale stadium and the beach. She says it was a great choice and is amazed at how near the train station is. It looks gorgeous from outside and feels comfortable inside. We also sent her flowers, and reception made sure they reached her room. Mucho Gracias Pension Nuevas Artes

I don’t understand the high ratings. The rooms are tiny and get too hot without air-conditioning. The booking said there’d be tea and coffee facilities, but there weren’t any, and there’s no fridge or minibar either. Very poor value.

The room was really comfortable, and the beach isn’t far. At 5.5.00 p.m., the young manager arrived on a skateboard to open reception. He was very friendly and helpful.

Susana was so kind. This was an adorable little place, with a very private feel and flexible check-in and checkout. You can walk to destinations all around the city centre.

The service was excellent and the location very good. Privacy can be an issue in some rooms, since they’re too close to reception.
