We stayed for two nights in October 2023, in room 101, a double with a balcony. It was a decent size, with a bathroom and some wardrobe space. Check-in was easy. The accommodation was as expected: clean, secure, and well located, about 10-15 minutes’ walk from the Central / bus + train stations / Old Town. For a weekend away spent mostly eating and drinking, I can’t fault it, and I’d definitely stay again. I think it’s very good value for what it is. Some lower ratings confuse me. If you expect the room, including the mattress, and facilities of a 4-5 star hotel, this isn’t the place, but it doesn’t claim to be and the price doesn’t suggest that either. Think more along the lines of a Premier Inn or Travel Lodge in the UK.

The arrangements were wonderful, and the location, facilities, and everything else were awesome. The room just needs to be cleaned regularly.

The location is brilliant, only three minutes from the beach. Staff were amazing and sorted out every problem without any fuss. The bathroom was tidy and clean, with perfect shower pressure. After checkout, you can leave your luggage at reception for the rest of the day for free.

Friendly staff at this small, quiet hotel. The room wasn’t huge, but it was big enough, with a good modern bathroom and air-conditioning. It’s within walking distance of the centre, and the price is OK for San Sebastian.

The rooms were great, and everything was clean. The staff were lovely and friendly too. It’s a really good pension, with the centre, bus station and beaches all about a 10-minute walk away.
