Using a code to check in and out made everything convenient and let us come and go independently. We stayed in a studio, and the marble accessories, designer cabinet, room, bathroom and kitchen were all excellent. The location was simply perfect: you can walk to almost everywhere in the city, and there are several public transport options just 50 meters away.

The staff were incredibly helpful, and when an unavoidable mechanical problem affected the hot water, they compensated us more than fairly. These modern, well-designed apartments have everything you need, and the location is fantastic, near both the beach and old town. Our studio was just right for a couple. We also saw a two-bedroom apartment that would have worked well if we’d brought our children. I’d recommend the place without hesitation.

The location is right in the middle of things while being just off the beaten path, and the customer service was personal and responsive. The Passage Apartments were one of the best choices we made on our recent San Sebastian trip. After hotels around Spain, we wanted a more self-service kind of stay. Our room was well equipped, and it’s a great place to stay in the city.

The apartments are right in the heart of San Sebastián, well equipped and just the right size for us. It’s easy to walk everywhere. There’s parking a few blocks away, but book ahead since it fills up and the line to get in can be very long.

Miren was a huge help, making our proposal day even more special with gifts and helping us find and arrange the recovery of our lost luggage. The accommodation itself was clean, tidy and quiet, and in a great location. Everything in San Sebastian was within walking distance, without having to go up and down hills. We’d recommend staying here. Thanks for having us!
