The room decor was modern and practical, and the size was decent. Everything worked, there’s a lift, and umbrellas are available to borrow when it rains. There wasn’t a kettle, but we used the coffee machine for hot water. It wasn’t ideal, but it did the job. The air conditioning was great too. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and there’s a lovely scent as soon as you enter the lobby. I didn’t get to eat in the restaurant, though I saw people there every night. The staff were all very friendly, especially the receptionists. They spoke very good English, gave us useful recommendations, and helped us book airport tickets. I was surprised it’s a three-star hotel, since it felt closer to four-star after my stay. It’s a good choice near the Old Town, about 10-15 minutes on foot from the pintxo bars and restaurants and around five minutes from the shopping district. We’ll stay here again when we come back to San seb 😊

We spent a weekend here and were really pleased with everything. The rooms are spacious, the location is central, and the staff are friendly. Highly recommend!

The hotel is in a good location, but the photos aren’t accurate, so expect something worse than you might imagine. The rooms are dated and banged up, more like a budget hotel than one charging these prices. I’d look elsewhere, since it’s hard to recommend at this price. Check the bedding too. We found hairs in our bed, likely left from the previous guest.

A little boutique gem, and I’d happily stay again. Everything was great, especially the large bathroom and the free beach towels. It’s two minutes from the beach and about ten from the old city.

Our room was 307, and we had a great view. The hotel is right next to the cathedral, with comfortable beds and rooms, responsive service, and very reasonable prices. Breakfast was very good too. A perfect base for a 2-3 night visit to this lovely city.
