We stayed one night with our dog, and they were very accommodating. The host was wonderful, knew the area so well, and spent lots of time answering our questions. The ocean view is beautiful, and breakfast was fabulous. Thank you!

The breakfast room has beautiful views, and the breakfast itself was impressive, with lots of homemade cakes. This is a small, cozy hotel, with a pool that’s small but enough for the place. The beach is nearby, about a 7-minute walk. Rooms facing the road get a little noisy from traffic.

We were disappointed to find the pool closed when we arrived. It looked as if it had been shut for some time, although the website said it had been closed for just one day. Our first-floor room was fairly spacious for us and our child, with spectacular views, and breakfast was included. The pastries seemed homemade, and breakfast was great, though I would've liked fried eggs, sausages, and bacon too. The family running the hotel were excellent in their care and service. Parking gets tight when the hotel is full, and during a wedding celebration we couldn't park there. The lunch and dinner were good quality, but I found them a little expensive. I think taking €3 off each dish might encourage more guests to eat at the hotel. O Grove is about 3 km away. There are also several beaches a five-minute walk from the hotel, with clean sand and cold but pleasant Atlantic water.
