Hotel Guadalquivir

We didn't stay at the hotel, just stopped for drinks at the very nice rooftop bar. We arrived just after sunset, but the views as night came on were lovely. They were serving drinks and no food, at least that evening.

I'm from Ireland and can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The location is beautiful, and the beer and food were great. The receptionist was very helpful, and Louis seemed to be everywhere. Looking forward to coming back very soon. Brendan

Nice hotel with lovely staff and a rooftop bar with great views. We were there with a school party, and five staff and 60 ten year olds had a great time, so bear that in mind.

The room was comfortable, the beds were nice, and we'd recommend getting a balcony room for the amazing views. Our three bed room worked perfectly for us. The staff were nice, and the rooms have individual wall mounted AC with a wireless remote, so you can adjust it from bed; the windows open for a nice breeze too. We had a couple of problems. The burger we ordered in the Irish tavern was good, but came out undercooked both times. The second time we asked for medium well, and it was still raw in the center. The elevators are tiny and very slow; I waited 15 minutes for one to reach my floor. I'd have taken the stairs, but I had a one year old and a stroller and was on the 9th floor. Bring more key cards than there are people, because one has to stay in the slot by the door for the electricity to work. I only figured that out after leaving my phone charging at 10% and coming back six hours later to a dead phone. Without a key in the slot, the lights and outlets don't work.
