Everything in the penthouse looked new and it was spotless, but the beds were in poor condition. A smaller bed frame broke one night, leaving that person on the mattress on the floor for the rest of the weekend, with no solution offered. Another bed frame was broken too. Seeing the mattresses then, we found them dirty and stained, nowhere near the standard of the rest of the place. That's why I'm giving three stars, and I wouldn't stay again because they didn't respond properly.
