The river and Alcoutim look incredible from the cottage, with a different feel from sunrise through sunset. It’s a peaceful place, and Maria was a wonderful host. We loved our family stay and will be back. You can park nearby and walk to everything, though the town is quite hilly. Restaurants, bars, and two small supermarkets are close by in the town center. The ferry to Alcoutim is about a 10-minute walk. By the river, you can rent a canoe or boat without a license, or go jet skiing. The municipal outdoor pool is also excellent and less than five minutes away.

One of Huelva’s best rural houses.

Dolores was very helpful, and the house was lovely, spotless, and recently renovated. The decor is beautiful and everything we could need was there. It’s a shame it’s so far from home, but we may well return. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.
