HomeHolidaysRentals Balis - Costa Barcelona

The whole experience with this company was a disaster. We had booked from August 1st to August 14th, 2023, but on August 4th someone from the agency showed up and said we had to leave because we had complained. We refused and let them shout at us. They were trying to make us leave after only three days, despite our 14-day booking. The apartment was awful, and the building should be demolished. I asked residents who owned the apartments, and they told me they were social housing. Drugs are sold in the building, and only unemployed people live there. The agency staff were appalling. A Moroccan woman named Yassmin terrorized us. We were also handed the wrong keys when we arrived at the agency, and the promised parking spaces did not exist. To me, this was mafia-like behavior, not a vacation rental service. It was my first and last time with them. I advise people not to book there. The company's employees should be ashamed.
