It’s a beautiful, peaceful place, and the people working there are nice. The jacuzzi was only around 22-23 degrees, though, and the swimming pool was really cold. The cocktails were pretty poor for 35 euros.

The staff were fantastic, especially Ana, who really made our trip. It’s a beautiful spot, and the facilities make it a great place for couples looking to relax. Highly recommend it!

The setting is gorgeous, with a lovely pool and grounds, and breakfast was great. Although you're right in the center of Ibiza, the resort feels removed from the crowds. The staff were very helpful, and the personal service was great, even including help with a rental car.

The grounds are calm and pleasant, the staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and the pool area was a wonderfully peaceful place, with only the birds interrupting it. Still, I wouldn’t stay again because of how the internet problem was handled and how little compassion the management showed. When I arrived, neither my Mac nor my iPhone could get any reception, and my companion had the same problem. The receptionist checked the room and said the previous guest had apparently removed the router. I needed reliable internet for urgent calls and sending files, so I couldn’t work from the room. The hotel sent a “technician”, a very friendly pool boy. I waited there from around 4pm to 6:30pm, when I had to leave. He finally turned up just as I was going out and began looking into it. The internet was working by about 10:30am the next day, and I’m writing this at 10am. I know the hotel’s response says otherwise, but both our phones had been without reception from arrival until the following morning. They did fix the issue, but offered zero compensation. At a rate of over €400 in 2022, I expected working internet and immediate compensation when it wasn’t available. Even a €5 local bottle of wine with an apology would have been a normal response. The rooms are typical Ibiza style, in an old, unrefurbished building. Ours had a combined tub and shower in an 80s or 90s style, no walk-in shower, white paint everywhere, and no soundproofing. It’s more about the location and feel than comfortable rooms. The hotel is in a rural area with hardly any reception, which makes strong WiFi especially important. Breakfast was good, though bottled water cost €3.50 per bottle. Filtered tap water was included. They provided two bottles in the room on arrival, but didn’t refill them during the stay.
