Apartamentos Mar I Vent

Monica was wonderful and looked after us during our short stay. She was so friendly and helped with any questions or problems we had. San Antonio is a good location, and the place was affordable for a short visit.

I can’t give zero stars, so it’s one. The staff were rude, unhelpful and acted as if being there was a favour to us. Customer service was poor, and they treated guests badly instead of seeming grateful to have them. Stay away!

We had a lovely sea view, and Tracy at reception was very helpful. The Marvent restaurant downstairs was outstanding. The apartment was spotless, roomy and well equipped, though the beds felt quite hard and could perhaps use toppers. We had a wonderful holiday and can’t wait to visit again.

The apartment was modern, affordable, air conditioned and spotless. Cleaners came every other day to freshen up and replace the sheets and towels. I’d seen complaints that housekeeping didn’t show up, but they came early in the morning when we were there, so if you couldn’t let them in then, the room would stay uncleaned. Staff were courteous and helpful. The pool is small, but just right for a quick dip, and the bar and restaurant beside it are handy. The food is cheap, though pretty plain. Some guests can get rowdy at night, so I wouldn’t suggest it for young families. For everyone else, it’s a great place to stay.
