We left Casita Blanca in San Antonio early after booking four nights. The problems made the stay too frustrating, and we spent extra money to go somewhere else. For three of the four nights, we couldn't get proper hot water. One day it was cold, another it was only lukewarm. Reception never kept us updated, so we had to chase for answers each time. They said the whole street's water supply had been shut off, but that didn't make the inconvenience or poor communication okay. One staff member came to the room, turned the tap all the way to hot, then insisted the water was “hot.” It clearly wasn't. If you can comfortably keep your hand under the tap at maximum heat, something isn't right. We couldn't shower properly before going out, and were left waiting for maintenance instead of enjoying the trip. There was hair all over the kitchen counters and appliances where food should be prepared when we arrived. It was disgusting and unhygienic. We had to go downstairs ourselves to ask someone to clean it. Even then, nobody offered another room, an apology or compensation. Housekeeping was poor too. They cleaned the room only twice in four days, and we had to ask. We also had to request fresh towels every day. I don't understand the hotel's four-star rating when it can't manage basic cleanliness, dependable hot water or regular housekeeping. Expecting international guests to pay a €30 deposit seemed unreasonable as well, given how basic standards weren't met. Wouldn't stay again or recommend it.

We spent four nights here for a wedding and really liked the place. The pool and bar were a lovely place to spend time in the sun with drinks. The pool wasn't heated and felt a bit cold at first, but was nice once we got used to it. Breakfast was included, with plenty of hot and cold options to help yourself to. The room was very clean, lovely and spacious enough for a couple, with everything we needed. The bed was a little hard, and I could've used another pillow, though I'm sure they'd have sorted that if I'd asked. All the staff were friendly and helpful, from offering an iron for our wedding clothes to keeping our bags safe and letting us shower and sit by the pool after checkout while we waited for our flight. It's a brilliant place if you want somewhere to relax and avoid the heavy clubbing atmosphere. 10/10, we'd stay again if we return to San Antonio.

We had such a good four days here, and can't say enough nice things. The apartment, pool and lobby were spotless. The music brought a bit of life, while the atmosphere stayed relaxed. Everyone was welcoming, from the breakfast chefs to the people at the door. We'd recommend it to groups of friends, couples and people of any age. We loved it and will definitely be back ♥️🕺🪩🍒

We had a wonderful five days in one room as a couple with one extra person. It's unusual to find a hotel room for three with proper beds for everyone, and this one was nice and spacious. Sant Antonio is a lovely, quieter town than Ibiza. A taxi to Ibiza town was €30 and to the airport €40, and the bus for the clubs, including UNVRS and AMNESIA, stops a few minutes' walk away. The pool restaurant staff were lovely, especially Elvira, who looked after us every day. There were different pool activities during the week, including a singer, DJ, dancers and yoga, which made the stay even nicer. Thanks, we'll definitely come back!

Luna at reception deserves a shout out. He was such a nice gentleman and helped us throughout our stay. Casita Blanca was a great experience, with a lovely clean pool, great vibes, and a nice restaurant and rooms. I'd really recommend the hotel!
