I wasn’t satisfied with the stay. The house is nice and authentic, though sometimes the bathroom smelled like sewage. The bigger problem was the booking: I reserved two triple rooms for six people through Booking.com, but when we arrived they were expecting only four, two in each room. I still don’t know whether Booking.com or the property was at fault, but we were the ones who had to pay an extra 30 euros per room per night.

The house is beautiful, but IMO the rooms’ furniture and decoration feel outdated. The garden also looked quite neglected.

The breakfast was freshly prepared each day, plentiful, varied, and really good. The hotel manager also went out of their way with suggestions for restaurants, excursions, and activities. It exceeded our expectations. 10.

We really enjoyed our stay. The grounds are lovely and have the feel of a traditional Spanish finca, with a strong sense of tradition. Our hostess was so kind and always did her best to make sure we were comfortable. She even welcomed us very late as though it were no trouble. The breakfasts were delicious and made with care. Many thanks again for her kindness.
