The location is a real plus, just a two-minute walk from town, and the facilities cover the basics well: a bar, pool, and good showers and washing areas. I travel a lot by motorcycle, including around Africa, Asia, and Europe, and I’m used to campsite etiquette. This was still a very upsetting stay. I have two nights left as I write this, and I’m sorry I chose the site. The way staff treated us was the problem. They often seemed to forget guests are customers, and I found them rude, unhelpful, and at times bullying. The place felt like a military outpost, with rules constantly drummed into you. At check-in, the man at the gate was shockingly hostile to us as potential new customers. I saw similar behavior toward others later, and was amazed to learn he was the owner. I tried to stay calm because I’d set my heart on staying here and knew the rules couldn’t be broken. One example: our two motorcycles were pitched about 10 meters from the entrance. We went into town and came back a couple of hours later. The security man, who had been charming the women coming and going, shouted at us, “WHERES YOUR PASSES”? I said mine was on my motorcycle, which was right there, about 10 meters away. He insisted he had to see it immediately. There was no common sense in how he handled this basic rule. I had a similar experience by the pool and bar when I brought a roll or sandwich over. Someone quickly stopped me and said it wasn’t allowed. I can understand rules, but basic politeness was missing. You don’t feel like a customer here, more like a commodity, and you pay a lot for it. Anyone considering a stay should read the reviews here and on trip advisor. If you have thick skin, you might get by. Otherwise, the staff could ruin both your holiday and your impression of beautiful Ibiza. The attached photographs show the damage caused by poor relations with the owner and staff. August in Ibiza. Such a shame.

I expected something very different after reading so many reviews, but this turned out to be a great place to unwind away from busy st Antonio. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our rvs had plenty of shade, and it’s an easy walk to the town center. The supermarket is about 2-300m away too.

If you’re after a reasonably priced, clean bed for the night in San Antonio, this could suit you. It’s around a 10 minute walk from Ibiza Rocks bar, and there’s a lovely pool area for daytime sunbathing. The rooms are basic, but clean, and the couple running the place were lovely and welcoming. Toilets and showers get cleaned regularly, and the pool area was spotless. Food and drinks were reasonably priced, especially for Ibiza. It’s not luxury, but there’s a lot going for it. We could see from the booking what we’d get, and we’ll be back for sure.

This was unbearable. We came home with scabies and what we believe were bed bug bites, and when we complained about the accommodation, the owner threatened to call the police and throw us out. I would avoid this place. Our room was like a prison cell: tiny and stuffy, with bunk beds that had no steps for reaching the top bunk. There was so little room that we had to take turns standing up. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, the sheets were disposable plastic, and the small window let in hardly any light or air. There was only one plug, and using it blocked the light switch. We asked to rent a fan and were told we couldn’t, but the next night the room beside us was allowed to rent one. The room was full of ants, mice, flies, geckos and other creatures, honestly like a farm. The site is on a farm, so roosters woke us at 4:30am and kept going until sunset. The walls and barbed wire around the site, plus a 24/7-manned entrance, made it feel like a concentration camp. Everything was covered in muddy dust because the paths were dry mud. The toilets and showers were outside, and there were so many flies you could barely walk through. When the showers ran, water flowed out and flooded everything. The pool looked like a hole in the ground full of dirty water. The outdoor bar and restaurant were overpriced and covered in flies too, and our food arrived with ants on the plate. The locals even asked us why we’d booked it, and one rep said, “I don't know why that place exists.” I can’t stress enough how terrible it was. It needs to be condemned. I wouldn’t set foot there again, even if someone paid me.

THIS IS NOT A CAMP SITE, lol. I went there in person to see the site and ask about its services, but they quickly told me I couldn’t look around. When I asked the price, the two men at the entrance said it was 40euro/night to pitch a tent, per person. I explained I had my own tent and was told it cost the same. When I asked how they arrived at that price, they got rude, told me to “look online,” and laughed. I’d come specifically to check it out in person, so I didn’t understand why they wouldn’t answer questions. Campsites I’ve stayed at in the north have always been polite and let me see the grounds. These guys basically wanted me to leave, saying the grounds were only for guests. It all seemed grim. On my way out I spoke with a couple ladies about what happened at the gate. They said there was only 1 person staying in a tent there. Charging 40/night when you bring your own tent is incredibly expensive, and hostels are probably cheaper. With only 1 tent pitch in high season and service this appalling, it seems they don’t want people camping there. They advertise services on a sign, then bully you for asking about them. Get some manners. Anyone who thinks this is a legit camp site in San An should BEWARE*.
