Cubanito Ibiza

Alvaro, the manager, was always around with a smile, ready to sort out problems and offer suggestions. The whole team was kind, even during a busy UK holiday week, and housekeeping was friendly and efficient. Our room had a balcony and kitchenette, and the hotel was spotless. It has a 1950s look, with just over 30 rooms, but the service and facilities feel thoroughly updated. Breakfast is only included with a room and was great value, with fresh options made daily rather than a buffet. There’s a small dipping pool and a rooftop bar with fun evenings, including dancing. The beach is a short walk away, taxis arrive within minutes, and there’s a little bodega nearby. We stayed six nights for a family wedding and would gladly recommend it. The hotel added a lot to my good time in Ibiza. Thank you!

The rooms are comfortable, with new features that all work well. I even liked the shower gel so much that I bought a few bottles at reception. This is a charming boutique hotel, clean and tidy, with what I’d call a four-star feel and plenty of character. The staff are first class and always ready to help. I’d definitely stay again.

We wanted somewhere away from the main party zone for a hen party, and this turned out to be a great pick. The Cuban theme is cute, and the hotel, with just over 30 rooms, is run really efficiently. The staff were amazing and the food was A+++. Since it was early in the season, we were lucky enough to have the pool to ourselves most days. It’s a safe area, and getting to the local beaches or the party area is easy. We walked everywhere except to Pikes. I also ran up the small mountain beside the hotel three times for exercise, with breathtaking views of San Antonio. I recommend staying here!

The rooftop views are stunning, and the cocktails were great. We held our wedding weekend welcome drinks at Malecon, the rooftop bar at Cubanito, and it was a lovely way to start the celebrations. Carlos was fantastic from the first enquiry through the event. He helped us book everything, find a DJ and make sure the drinks we wanted were available. The team on the night were friendly and accommodating, and everything ran smoothly. Our guests loved it. Thanks to Carlos and everyone at Malecon for making it memorable. I’d recommend Cubanito to anyone looking for a sunset spot in Ibiza!
