Hotel Ses Savines

We liked the location, the comfortable beds, the very hot water, and the reasonably priced food and drinks. But Room 106, right at the top of the reception stairs, was incredibly noisy, with sound echoing through it. Mornings were no better: at 8.15 the cleaners were talking loudly, with little thought for guests on holiday who wanted a lie-in.

The hotel is right on the beach, so we can enjoy the sea all day, from sunrise to sunset. The food has plenty of variety and fresh flavours, and it’s consistently delicious. We’ve been coming here for more than 25 years, and the warm, family feel is a big reason we keep returning. It feels like staying in someone’s home. The quality has stayed outstanding, the hospitality keeps getting better, and the value for money is excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend it for a genuine, relaxing beach holiday.

We stayed on a B&B basis and found plenty to choose from at breakfast. The hotel food is good value too. We only ate dinner there once, but the selection was great. The newer rooms are really good, and the staff are wonderful. It’s ideally placed for walking around San Antonio.
