The bathroom was the biggest letdown, with an old tub and nowhere to put toiletries, and the kitchen had only plates and glasses. The apartment itself was clean, which was a plus, but it got very hot and there was no fan or AC in every room. It was hard to sleep, especially with so much noise outside that opening the window wasn't an option. The receptionist was really nice, though we were asked to turn down our music and conversation at 4pm, even on Ibiza. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it.

The bathroom was a real mess, and the air conditioning sounded like it might fall apart. We knew Ibiza wouldn't be quiet, but being told several times at 4pm that we and our friends were talking too loudly felt out of place. At night there was shouting and doors slamming around the property, and nobody seemed to mind that. A fire alarm also went off during the day. My friends and I were the only ones who seemed to take it seriously, so we ran outside within a minute because we didn't know what was happening. Nobody explained afterward whether everything was okay. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here.

The bathroom was really ugly. We were told several times at 4pm that my friends and I were speaking too loudly, but noise on the staircase at night went ignored.

The facilities are basic, and it can get a little noisy, but that's what you'd expect in Ibiza with party groups. The place is very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is great. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for the price.

Came with friends for a mate's birthday. The hosts were lovely, the rooms were good, and the prices were very reasonable.
