The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean, and the location was handy for the beach, shops, and restaurants. But what happened with the staff completely overshadowed the good parts. Check-in took ages. Then, late on our last night, while my friend and I were getting ready for an early transfer, a male staff member came into our room demanding payment. Our holiday package had already covered the stay. I had just come out of the shower in a towel, and my friend was asleep in her underwear. We kept asking him to leave and told him how exposed and uncomfortable we felt, but he stayed for about 30 minutes demanding proof and showing no concern or apology. We were 22 and 23, travelling alone, and the whole thing was intimidating and upsetting. We didn't feel safe in our own room. Guest privacy and safety should come first. I wouldn't stay here again.

Christina was so sweet and helped us with our questions, even finding us great tickets for club Hï. The service was impeccable. The hotel is only a few steps from a lovely beach, with great restaurants and a pharmacy nearby. I loved staying here!

Such a nice place, with great service and a top location. Highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay, and the other receptionists were friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean, and air-conditioned, with the beach, restaurants, and bars just a minute away on foot. We'd booked two apartments for three people each together on Booking, but they weren't even on the same floor. It would be nice if bookings made together could be placed next to each other, or if we knew we'd need to make a special request.

Cristina was easily the best front office employee I've dealt with in ages. So kind, helpful, and wonderful overall. Anyone would be lucky to have her on their team. Gracias por todo Cristina! Tus consejos de las calas han sido top!
