There are two villas, each with ground-floor and first-floor apartments. The apartment is beautiful and practical, with a magnificent view over St Feliu Bay. Tenants can also use the private garden and its large pool.

The views are very good, and the pool and gardens are lovely. The beach is nearby, though getting there means climbing some impressive hills. Inside, the beds are uncomfortable, the kitchen utensils are poor quality, and both the shower and its screen are bad. There's no washing machine in the apartment, so you have to use the laundromat, which only has two machines for eight apartments.
The pool is the best part, though I'd say it doesn't even have chlorine. The apartments feel very old, smell damp, and have a 14-inch TV with digital terrestrial television. The area is good for noise and such, but they're expensive for what you get. There's not even a hook for hanging the shower.
These self-contained apartments can be rented by the week over Easter or in summer. They have a pool and lovely views over the sea and Paseo de Ronda, the pedestrian promenade by the water. They're great.
Simple and quiet.
