Villa Maricel

We had a lovely three days with friends. There were tons of rooms, the view was gorgeous, and the location was enjoyable. Good value!

Jaume made sure every detail was taken care of and did a wonderful job making our stay special. It’s a spectacular villa, luxurious but practical, and there was nothing missing for our group of 16. This was our second year spending three days here for our company dinner. Thank you! See you next December 😊

With 13 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, Villa Maricel can host up to 26 people, so it works well for a family or friends' holiday. It’s a sumptuous property in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, just 800 meters from the beach. There’s free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, microwave, and plenty more. The enormous swimming pool, with its sea view, is the standout.

The villa itself is magnificent, almost unbelievable, and the setting is superb. We were welcomed warmly and professionally. But the indoor amenities were far from satisfactory: the little coffee maker took 15 minutes to dispense half a liter, the carpets were unimaginably filthy, and the bathtubs couldn’t be filled because the plugs were missing or the wrong size. Too many rooms had blown bulbs, and a mischievous little mouse made itself at home in suitcases with treats. I emailed these complaints to the rental agency and didn’t even get an acknowledgment. It’s a shame to finish on such a sour note. We’re not looking for any kind of discount.
