Waking up to the sound and feel of the river was a real treat. We spent 15 days here with the whole family, and the house felt so cozy throughout. The town is lovely, both for its surroundings and its people. Thank you, Gloria, for sharing a little piece of your history with us and for taking such good care of us. A 10 in every way.

Gloria was so attentive, and the house was spotless and clearly well looked after. We had a spectacular weekend. Just be aware that some of the stairs are very steep, which could be difficult for older guests with mobility issues.

The bedrooms are a little small, though having four bathrooms is a real plus. There’s a big dining area, a playroom, and a well-equipped kitchen, so it works well for a group of about twelve. The country house is spacious and tastefully decorated, with a garden barbecue. The owners were very friendly.

Gloria and everyone at Can Mau made us feel so welcome. The house is full of history, but still wonderfully cozy, and it was just right for our family group. We had such a pleasant stay that we can only say we’ll be back. Thank you so much.

The main drawback was the village wifi, which was a disaster. Apart from that, the house had the services we needed. It’s a 17th-century place spread over three floors, with four bedrooms, a small garden with a swing, and two parking spots for small cars.
