Can Pardal

We planned to head out on excursions each day, but the place was so restful, almost meditative, that we mostly stayed by the pool and read. The hotel is on a quiet hill above town, beside a quaint church. There isn’t much in town, though we liked the pizza place and found a good coffee spot. Most people staying there were Spanish, and we appreciated that there wasn’t an English breakfast in sight. The beach below was nice, but we preferred driving around to quieter, lovely Benirras beach. Our room was stunning, and the porch felt private thanks to how the owners had arranged the space, even though it wasn’t actually private. The beds were comfy, and the nighttime silence was delightful. Breakfast on the balcony each morning was a highlight, with fresh fruit, yoghurt, ham, cheese, eggs, and more, all tasty in the warm sun with views over the hills. We were welcomed warmly despite arriving late, and the last breakfast was wonderful too. It was an incredible stay we’ll remember. I’ve been recommending it to family who visit every year, and hope to return whenever I need to recharge. Thank you, Antonia and Margirita.

We loved our June 2021 stay at this boutique hotel so much that we came back in September with family. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the pool and shared spaces were just as well kept. Breakfast was a highlight every day. The owners run the place and their super friendly service made the stay. We’ll be back!

I’ve travelled quite a bit and stayed in some lovely places, but even five stars don’t capture how special Can Pardal is. Antonia and Margarita look after this beautiful little oasis with so much care, and they’re always happy to help. Nothing seems like a bother, and every request is met with a genuine smile. I loved it enough to return for another trip, two visits in one month all the way from Asia!
