The main drawback for us was the noise. There was no soundproofing, and the cool tile floors seemed to carry sounds from other rooms. On our first night people ran, shouted, and shrieked; later we heard guests coming back at night and early risers banging the front door and balcony sliders and regularly moving heavy wooden furniture. Smoking was allowed on balconies, so we had to shut our door when other guests smoked. The in-room Wi-Fi was poor. The restaurant and bar were closed during our stay. I hope Spain eventually brings in a total smoking ban across the whole property. Our one-bedroom apartment had an open plan layout with a sofa bed, so there's no privacy. The double bed was very comfortable, but the sofa bed wasn't. There was a nice dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge and kettle, a cafeteria and a TV with UK channels. Plenty of clothes storage too. It stayed lovely and cool during our 19c stay, and an air con unit was available. The balcony was impressive, with a table for two. The complex and apartment were lovely, cute, traditional, and basic, but very clean and tidy. The pool area was lovely, with loungers and a view of the beach. Staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive, including the maintenance guy. If you're in a pool view room, there's a good beach view. We'd recommend the place and return, hoping for considerate guests and no smokers. :)

Below average. The apartment smelled musty and bad, and it was full of roaches and bedbugs. Not recommended.

Everything else was good, with nice staff and a good pool. The cockroaches in the kitchen and on my friend's face cost it a point.

The sofa bed's extra bed broke as soon as one of our guests sat on it. The apartment also smelled strongly of damp when we arrived, and at check-in we were told the heating wasn't working. The only fix they offered was a small radiator for the whole apartment. They said maintenance and cleaning wouldn't be available until Monday, even though we arrived Saturday, so it sounded like they wouldn't even try to fix the unit before then. We asked to move because of these problems, but were told everywhere was full and it wasn't possible. Instead they brought an extra bed, but its mattress didn't fit the sofa bed extension. The person checking us in said goodbye and that they'd be in the area, not at the complex, leaving us with no professional staff to manage the property. In the end, the conditions didn't match what we'd agreed to, so we chose not to stay. It was difficult to get him to come back to the apartment area, but we did manage to get him there and receive a full refund. Very disappointed with the booking.
