For what Six Senses charges and the luxury experience it promises, the service was deeply disappointing. The property itself is beautiful, but the service fell nowhere near the level they claim, and didn't feel worth the price. On the first evening, I had a restaurant reservation through the hotel app, confirmed in its own chat, but was told on arrival that they had no capacity because reservations had fallen through. The only option offered was room service, with a very underwhelming menu of sandwiches and fried food. At an ultra-luxury property, that was embarrassing. The next night, I confirmed a booking at Cave ahead of time. Staff recommended arriving at 9:30 pm, after sunset. I got there on time, was seated and welcomed, and was served water and wine. After almost 20 minutes waiting to order, I was told the tasting menu wasn't available anymore because it was only served until 9:30 pm. The problem wasn't the policy itself. It was the lack of coordination, communication and basic guest care. That kind of incompetence is unacceptable at any hotel, especially one selling luxury at these rates. Beautiful property, but completely overrated for what you get.

We chose Six Senses for our child's first birthday, and the team made it an unforgettable family holiday. The hospitality and care went beyond what we expected. Managers and staff were warm, attentive and truly professional, and everyone was so accommodating with our child. Room service was excellent, always quick, smooth and well organised. Breakfasts for the baby were specially prepared whenever we asked, with no hassle or inconvenience at all. Everything was handled with such care. Thank you for making the vacation so special.

I've been here a few times and, when I'm in Ibiza, this is the only place I want to stay. One of my favourite hotels, especially for a peaceful break with good food, comfort and wellness. The team is great too.

The children loved the kids club, and a big thank you to Angela, Gabi, and Veronica for making them feel so welcome. Our family of four stayed in a residence, which gave us plenty of room and our own pool. It was ideal for the kids, since our youngest could nap while the older one kept splashing around. I also had a holistic massage at the spa, which felt like magic. The facilities were calm and inviting. The property has stunning views throughout, and I especially enjoyed doing morning yoga on the rooftop overlooking the sea. We ate really well, too. Breakfast had lots of delicious choices, and we had wonderful meals at both The Orchard and Beach Caves. We had a fantastic stay at Six Senses Ibiza and are already looking forward to coming back.

The spa charged us 270€ incorrectly. They said they'd look into it and get back to me, but since then they've been avoiding my calls. Be careful if you give them your card details, they might charge whatever they want.
