The staff were wonderful when my children got sick during our trip. They arranged for a doctor to visit and gave us lots of local advice and support. Martina was fantastic, as was the other receptionist. The bar staff were kind and helpful too. I wish we could have stayed longer.

It's a clean hotel with nice beds and good service, and I was very happy overall. It has the bare necessities. The room didn't have a microwave, which was my one complaint. It's away from the city centre, and there's no good public transport to the airport if that matters to you.

We booked ten nights but ended up cancelling after five. The rooms were clean, though very small, and some of the staff were really nice. The overnight person we dealt with seemed unhappy in the job for some reason. As soon as you walk in, the place smells like a broken drain or toilet pipe. I wouldn't come back.

The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and we couldn't hear noise from other rooms. The area felt very safe, and it was only a ten-minute walk from the venue. Staff were helpful and informative, and spoke excellent English. Sorry, my Spanish is very poor. Breakfast was perfect for us, with a good variety and tasty food. We got up quite late, so some things were stale, but there's not really a way to avoid that without throwing food away.

The hotel has everything you might need, including a bar, restaurant, and laundry service. It's very good and has become my favourite place to stay in Barcelona. Local transport makes it easy to get to the centre, and an Uber taxi to or from the airport isn't expensive. The airport isn't far, and bus 77 goes directly there, with the stop just a few metres away. Use Google Map to find it. One thing to plan for: AMB still doesn't accept credit cards for local transport. Make sure to get a daily pass at the airport when you arrive.
