Salva was so welcoming, and the service was outstanding. The place itself is peaceful, rustic, and warm, a good fit whether you're on your own or with others.

The best part was getting a proper night's sleep and forgetting about the city for a while. There are some really cool hikes too, and nature surrounds this rustic, historic place, just as described. Salva and Eura are wonderful hosts who make sure you're comfortable and have what you need. We had a fantastic time unwinding here, and we'll definitely return.

The worst part was a very aggressive, violent neighbor who seemed to have some personal issue with the owner. We had two six-year-old girls with us, and they were frightened. When I called the owner, it was clear he knew what was going on, but he brushed it off by ignoring everything. Such a shame. I also agree about the lack of cleanliness. One person in our group had a dust allergy, and the sofas were especially bad. We moved a bedside table after dropping something and could see it had clearly never been cleaned. The beds weren't comfortable either.

The upstairs was plenty big for two, considering the size of the rooms. It has only basic kitchen utensils, but the fan was appreciated. Mosquito nets on the windows would have helped keep the insects out. We were told the ground floor wasn't available, though nobody else stayed there while we were there. The house is very rustic, with lots of recycled and reused materials, and comfort isn't really the priority. There's a factory nearby running 24/7, so you can hear it, though shutting the windows cuts the noise in the last room. The bathroom window could use a curtain, otherwise the sun shines on your back while you're on the toilet 🤣. The stereo has just one speaker and doesn't work properly, so it's mostly good for collecting dust 🙈. On our first visit, on the ground floor, there were four basic kitchen items, two bed pillows and one ergonomic anti-cervical pillow.
