The entertainment staff were one of the few good parts. They were friendly, chatty, and kept offering activities throughout the day. The rest of the stay was awful. The room looked nothing like the pictures, smelled terrible when I walked in, and was in very poor shape. The bathroom was set up for disabled people, though I'm not disabled. I asked reception about an upgrade right away. They told me to come back after 9 the next morning, but then said they couldn't move me anywhere. Ridiculous. The sea view rooms seem much more modern and nice, so I'd strongly suggest upgrading if you stay here. The hotel echoes badly and the walls are really thin. You hear people next door and everything going on in the corridor, which could wake you. In May, the room was absolutely freezing at night, and the thin sheets didn't help. All inclusive guests need a token to get served at the bar and have to bring back the cup they've just used. There was literally mold on my TV remote, too. DISGUSTING. I'd avoid this hotel if you can.

The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was great. The rooms are basic, but we only needed somewhere to sleep. The food was the problem: hardly any choice, meat that was constantly overcooked, chewy, and dry, and salad that looked tired. The snack bar's advertised 'chicken' burger wasn't chicken, either. I was told it was 'a mix' 😬. After eating it, I had a really upset stomach that evening.

The pools were lovely, always clean, and had music playing all day. The entertainment itself and the staff were great, and the location was good too. I had a great time regardless, but probably wouldn't stay here again. I came back recently from a 10 day all inclusive stay with my daughter. The hotel was very clean on arrival, reception staff were friendly, and they cleaned our room every day. But the room was very basic, with chipped, dated furniture that didn't look like the pictures at all. Our awful view looked over a junk yard and graffiti walls, though at least I could see the sea. The walls were so thin we constantly heard people using the loo, being loud, and having sex, so I'd recommend earplugs. I asked to move rooms, but was told they were over capacity, even though the hotel didn't seem that busy to me. The food wasn't great, especially the overcooked, chewy meat, and there wasn't much choice, so I basically lived on chips. Breakfast was the best meal. The snack bar food was basic and small. It seemed like all inclusive guests got lower quality food, because we noticed better food when people paid for theirs. We'd paid too, so I don't know why we were treated differently.

The buffet and bar had lots of choices, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a great short break here, with a clean, comfortable room. Definitely recommend it!
