Bless Ibiza The Site

We already miss the team and can’t wait to return, see the new hotel, and catch up with everyone. We’re excited about the upcoming changes and new name, but it’s the people who make this place so special and every holiday unforgettable. Rosi made our wedding anniversary memorable with a beautiful surprise in the room. She was full of joy at breakfast in the early mornings and always ready to help. Maite seemed to be everywhere, caring, helpful, and attentive, and Yeray at reception was friendly, polite, and happy to help. Cristina at breakfast was wonderful too. A special mention to Juan and Nicole and all the beach cabana team, working tirelessly in the sun with a smile. Carlos was so attentive, kind, and genuine, alongside an incredible Beach Club team. Jose and Dani were both a delight, charming and friendly. And María, my “music twin” from Hugel, brought such lovely good vibes. Thank you all for making every moment so special. ❤️

Traveling alone and spending my birthday by myself could have felt a bit lonely, but the VIP team at Hard Rock made it really special. They set up the sweetest surprise in my room for my birthday, and I felt secure knowing I could call or text Sami whenever I needed anything. Sami, thank you for the warm welcome and great energy. You set the tone for my whole trip and looked after me so well. The location and amenities were perfect, and I loved the room. The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. I couldn’t be happier that I chose Hard Rock for my solo Ibiza holiday. Thank you to everyone at Hard Rock Hotel, especially the VIP TEAM. I’ll never forget this trip. Until next time!! 🥰🤘💕💃✨

The friendly staff and well-organized valet parking were a plus, but the cleanliness really spoiled the stay. There was dust everywhere, more than I’ve ever seen in a hotel at this level. We also found long black hairs on the bed when we arrived, clearly left by whoever made it, which is unacceptable on white sheets. The room wasn’t very big, but that was fine, and otherwise it wasn’t bad.

This was my first visit to Ibiza and my first stay at a Hard Rock hotel. At the premium price, I expected much better. Unless the problems are seriously addressed, I’m not sure I’d stay at one again. It’s disappointing to see such inconsistent service from a well-known brand. The most upsetting part was losing my watch, which I’d accidentally left by the pool. When I went back for it, staff made little effort to help. They didn’t check with nearby places like the bar or ask colleagues, and just sent me back to reception repeatedly. I got no updates or support. The watch meant a lot to me and was valued at $500. Service was among the poorest I’ve had at a hotel of this caliber. Staff often seemed hard to approach, dismissive, or difficult to find. Simple questions felt like a nuisance, and requests such as room service took a long time. There was also confusion about hotel events, and I missed several key activities because no one could give accurate information. Staff coordination was frustrating, and they made mistakes, including charging us the wrong amount for a meal at the Tattel restaurant. My room wasn’t properly cleaned at check-in. There was a lot of dust under the sink, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and some pillows had grey and black marks. We had to beg for extra towels, and staff were stingy about providing them and seemed not to pay attention to our cleanliness concerns. The bathroom door was nearly off its hinges and was a safety concern. They eventually addressed it, but it stayed lopsided and looked ready to fall for the rest of our stay.
