Casual Bahía Ibiza Hotel by Casual Hoteles

We booked this place an hour before check-in after leaving Ibiza Rocks hotel, and it completely salvaged our Ibiza trip. The pool area was lovely, with a lifeguard on duty all day, lots of sunbeds, food and drinks served poolside, and staff keeping everything clean and well manicured. The food was really good and great value for money. Our room had good air conditioning and sound insulation from traffic outside and from other rooms, so nights were quiet and peaceful. The beach was within walking distance. The staff were incredibly helpful, recommending places to see and arranging taxis. We absolutely loved our stay, and are hugely grateful to the team.

The room was lovely, and our big dog even had a cute bed plus food and water bowls waiting for him. I loved the Rituals products in the bathroom. It’s such a peaceful spot, and Danny at reception was kind and really helpful. We live in Mallorca and love visiting Ibiza, so we’ll definitely stay here again :)

This was the best hotel I stayed at during my month in Spain, but I’ve taken off a star because of the juice at breakfast. The drinks came in glass jugs with cork stoppers. When I went back for a second glass, I noticed fungus all over the inside of the stopper as I was putting it back. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, and seeing that made me feel sick.

The location is peaceful and fantastic, right by some of the best beaches. The hotel also has a nice pool, room service, and good quality coffee, food, and drinks. The staff were wonderful throughout, including the cleaners. Special thanks to Isamel and Elisa, who went out of their way every day to make guests feel looked after. The rooms are clean and modern, with thoughtful touches like Ritual products, conveniently placed charging ports, 24/7 A/C, and beach shoes and towels provided daily. I’ll definitely stay again.
