Jill at reception deserves a special mention. Her kind, upbeat manner and real willingness to help left a lasting impression, and she went out of her way to make our stay memorable. The room was clean, stylish and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around while still feeling peaceful. I had a wonderful stay.
8/10
The location is a little out of the way, but it’s worth it if you want some peace and quiet. We’ve really enjoyed our stay. The restaurant has good food and lots of choice, and the staff there are lovely and helpful. The rooms are spacious, modern, very clean and serviced daily. There’s a nice bar and a great pool area too. The staff have been absolutely brilliant, helping us with medical issues and looking after us amazingly.
10/10
The kids especially loved the pool with slides, and our room and all the shared areas were super clean. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Special kudos to the woman at the front desk around 10pm on April 21.
10/10
The staff were great, the food was good and the rooms were lovely. I was glad we had a hire car, since the hotel is in a fairly quiet area and it’s too hot for me to walk far when exploring. July 2025.
10/10
There was lots to do during the day, with plenty of sports options and a small gym. We tried several activities with Marko and had a lot of fun. Each night brought different entertainment: we saw the fire show, joined the quiz and went to karaoke, and loved them all. There were four of us, and we really enjoyed our stay. We had half board, with a big choice of food every day, and the staff were friendly and spoke good English.
