The hotel is nice and the food is decent, but I rated it low because of the receptionist's rude and unprofessional behavior. I asked whether we could change rooms. She immediately told me we'd paid for that specific room. When I said we'd paid the same amount as others in our group who got nicer rooms, she cut me off with a dismissive “NO, NO.” She gave no proper explanation and didn't suggest contacting the booking platform. I stayed calm, respectful, and polite throughout. I didn't raise my voice or act aggressively, but she didn't show me the same courtesy. Her curt tone felt unnecessarily hostile. She didn't even acknowledge my point or try to understand the situation. I expected a more professional response.

We came in April for the East Mallorca Cup, and I'm so glad we picked this hotel. It's really central, with easy access to the beach, Cala Milor's bars, restaurants and shops, and the football stadium. The hotel was spotless and well maintained, and the staff were wonderful. There was a decent food selection and it was great value. We love Cala Millor, so we'll definitely return.

We absolutely loved staying here. The location couldn't be better, and the rooms were spotless with very comfortable beds. We couldn't hear noise from other rooms or outside. It has a family-run feel, and the staff are lovely, if a bit chaotic. I'm coeliac, and breakfast had great gluten-free options. Ask for the GF bread, though, because it isn't clearly marked. On our last morning, receptionist Marilou was so helpful and made sure I had a GF roll to take to the airport. Such kindness 💝

We really recommend this hotel. It was good value and met our expectations. It's well placed, only a few metres from the beach and near lots of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the lovely sea view, the room fridge, and the comfort. There's a pleasant pool and a bar too. Breakfast and dinner are buffets with plenty to choose from. The savory options are especially good, better quality than the sweet ones. Our room was cleaned daily, with the bed made and towels changed. The staff were friendly, especially the waiters. The WiFi wasn't always reliable, and we'd have preferred a double bed instead of two singles pushed together.
