We had a relaxing and enjoyable seven-day all-inclusive stay at Hotel Caprice SA Coma Park, and would definitely recommend it. The food was better than we expected, with a wide range of varied dishes for different tastes. The vegetarian choices could be improved. The place was clean and well looked after throughout, in the rooms and all the outdoor areas. Service was attentive and professional, while still being helpful and warm. Every staff member was friendly, and we felt welcome and cared for from day one. The hotel had only just opened when we arrived, so there were a few small teething problems, which we understood.

The hotel opened on the day we arrived, without telling us beforehand, and it wasn’t finished. There was no indoor pool, spa, or gym, and essential services, equipment, and technical staff were missing. Even so, the hotel staff and entertainment team were excellent. A special thank-you to Aïtana and Louane for being so helpful. I highly recommend it!

There was a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the hotel was very clean with very good food. We really liked it and will definitely return.
