A well-organized place in a great spot for a holiday with children. The staff were always so helpful, and it’s convenient to bring the kids so you can get a break too. A little train stops right outside the hotel and takes you to the beach for free every 15-20 minutes.

The kids have things to do all day thanks to a really friendly animation team, and there’s entertainment for adults in the evenings too. The programme has definitely improved.

Coming back here after visiting as a child brought back loads of memories. The room was fine, clean and tidy, basically somewhere to sleep. We liked the pools, though they felt a bit cold at first. The water park was good fun even for me as an adult, and there was so much choice in the food and drinks. We played bingo on three nights and enjoyed the entertainment. The staff work really hard, and the reception team were lovely. Our flight was delayed, so we didn’t arrive until after 1 a.m., but they’d set out cheese breads, tea and coffee for us, which we really needed. The bus driver was lovely too. We’ll definitely come back.

The pool area has such a great atmosphere. My family and I had a fantastic time, with loads for the children to do and plenty for adults as well.

Faysal, the lifeguard, was amazing with all the kids, and Leti was so friendly and cheerful. I’ll miss her aqua aerobics! The animation team were fabulous, the pools were great, and this was an amazing holiday. I’m going to miss this place and the memories we made. Thank you!
